This simple yet flavorful recipe takes Brussels sprouts to the next level! Start by steaming and sautéing for a tender-crisp texture, then roast to golden perfection. Ingredients:
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
Steam: Steam Brussels sprouts for 3–5 minutes until slightly tender. Pat dry.
Sauté: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Sauté sprouts for 3 minutes.
Roast: Place the skillet with the Brussels sprouts directly into the oven and roast at 400°F for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.
Serve: Serve warm as a side dish or enjoy on their own.
