I'm Hattie, a devoted foodie and self-taught home cook. Inspired by years of watching Ina Garten work her magic in the kitchen and baking alongside my nana, I developed a deep love for cooking. After countless meals prepared for family and friends and plenty of recipe experiments, I decided to document my culinary adventures.

Whisking Away began as a place to share my favorite recipes. Here, you’ll find dishes that are easier to make than you might think, with the hope that they inspire you to fall in love with cooking.

For me, cooking is a true source of joy, and I aim to share that joy with you. I believe everyone can learn to cook—and, even more importantly, enjoy the process.
