“Wake me up” Smoothie

Kickstart your morning with this banana cold brew smoothie - it’ll give you the caffeine boost and energy you need to start your day!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 3/4 cup cold brew (or cold coffee)

  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

  • add ins: dates, protein powder, switch of the sweetener

  • Sift 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder for finishing touch

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender!

  2. Blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency

  3. Taste and add more sweetener if needed!
