“Wake me up” Smoothie
INGREDIENTS —
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup cold brew (or cold coffee)
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
add ins: dates, protein powder, switch of the sweetener
Sift 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder for finishing touch
INSTRUCTIONS —
Combine all ingredients in a blender!
Blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency
Taste and add more sweetener if needed!
