Parmesan Roasted Asparagus
INGREDIENTS —
1 pound Asparagus
3 cloves garlic - crushed
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon zest, finely grated
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS —
Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim the asparagus and then spread it out across the baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil, and add crushed garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Use your hands to coat asparagus with oil and seasonings.
Sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese.
Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven once the asparagus tips become crispy, and the cheese is nice and melty.
