Kale Chips
INGREDIENTS —
1 large bunch of kale, inner ribs removed
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons tahini
2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS —
Heat oven to 200 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine tahini, olive oil, lime juice, nutritional yeast, red pepper, and salt - whisk well.
Line a pan with parchment paper. Add kale, then pour the tahini mixture over it. Coat each piece using your hands (yes, it's messy but quite effective).
Spread kale in a single layer and place in the oven for 45-60 mins (check every 20 mins).
Remove from the oven when the seasonings are completely dry and the kale is crisp.
Store in an airtight container at room temp!
