3-Ingredient Healthy Cookies
INGREDIENTS —
1 cup rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS —
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a fork, mash the bananas in a medium-sized bowl. Mix in the oats, then fold in the chocolate chips. For some extra sweetness + crunch, I added Bob's Red Mill paleo muesli and a drizzle of honey!
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
