3-Ingredient Healthy Cookies

The 3 ingredient cookie recipe you didn’t know you needed- healthy, yummy and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • ¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Using a fork, mash the bananas in a medium-sized bowl. Mix in the oats, then fold in the chocolate chips. For some extra sweetness + crunch, I added Bob's Red Mill paleo muesli and a drizzle of honey!

  3. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
